"With bonding support from Shannon, not only will your rabbits become happier, but you will enjoy a deeper relationship with your rabbits through Shannon’s insights about their personalities and how they communicate with each other, and with you!"

"Shannon is a life changer!
For several years we weren't able to go on vacation because our bunnies' needs surpassed what our bunny sitters can handle. We have a special needs neuro bunny as well as a senior bun that requires extra care and attention.
We had a long chat before boarding. Shannon knew exactly the symptoms neuro bunnies exhibit and how to deal with them. She has some of her own. I thought we were the only ones that dealt with some of these odd issues. She knows just about everyone in the bunny community, HRS, Vets, Shelters, etc. And that's really important to us. We knew we could trust her.
When we finally were forced to go on vacation, Shannon sent us pics of our babies each day reassuring us that everyone was happy and eating! They all looked pretty happy when we picked them up. They love her.
She is the only one I will board with now and now I can finally take a vacation guilt free! Thank goodness we found her!"

"Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have found Shannon. I have a special needs bunny who takes twice daily medication which makes going out of town extremely daunting.
Shannon is the bunny whisperer. She treats my Honeydew as her own. I can travel at ease knowing that Honeydew is not only having a blast at bunny camp but that she is also safe. I even get daily updates with pictures included. She doesn’t just “watch” my bunny, she makes her feel at home.
Not only does Shannon provide the best bunny camp around, but she has been there for Honeydew and me during health scares as well. I have learned so much from her. She is a gift to the bunny community and Honeydew absolutely adores her. "

"Bonding bunnies is perplexing!
We tried to bond our buns, Truffle and Hazelnut, using different methods for 5 months with no luck at all. We became confused, stressed, and helpless. We needed someone who specialized in this craft and decided to contact Shannon.
During the 10 day “bunny moon”, Shannon provided us with detailed daily updates that really made us feel at ease during this process. We were very impressed with her knowledge, patience, and constant assurances that the way she steadily progressed our bun’s interaction with each other would lead to the goal of having them forever bonded.
And she was right. After the bunny moon ended, our buns completely transformed from fighting and nipping at each other, to a completely happily married inseparable pair.
It’s nothing short of a miracle what Shannon was able to do for them in just 10 days. We are so ecstatic and relieved. Shannon is truly a bunny whisperer!"

"Shannon is truly the Bunny Whisperer! I have had the opportunity to work with her on several occasions and her approach is very calm and caring.
She individualizes each session with both the bunny and the bunny parent in mind. With her help in person and through her webinars, I have been able to bond my alpha male with one of his little girlfriends. Shannon knows so much about rabbit behavior and how to guide them in the right direction. Whenever she comes to my house for a session my buns hear her voice and get so excited.
I will only board my buns at Camp Hoolibuns. I was nervous to leave my buns for an extended period of time but Shannon sent pics and updates the entire time. Honestly, I don't think my buns wanted to leave. They were so comfortable with her and in her home. "

"I don't have enough words to express how delighted I am by Shannon's bonding efforts! She managed to do in a week what I couldn't make any progress on in 3 months (and I've had rabbits for 20 years). I dropped off two non-bonded rabbits and brought them home as a cohabitating pair! After picking up my rabbits from their bunnymoon, they have been inseparable and are so much happier together.
Shannon pays close attention to each rabbit's wants, needs, and personalities, and managed to convince them that they actually did want to be friends and love each other.
I also really appreciated all of the photos and updates Shannon sent from Camp Hoolibuns, while my bunnies were with her. It made me confident that they were not just safe and healthy, but happy and having fun during their visit. "

"The bond between bunnies is delightful to experience and something I desperately wanted.
Reflecting on advice I was given by three different bonders for bonding my one-eyed rabbit to three different bunnies only increases my appreciation for Shannon's expertise.
Her approach not only made sense to me as the caregiver but was logical from a bunny's perspective. Her strategy involved understanding each rabbit's personality which she acquired from observation, question asking, and spending time separately with each one. She guided them into developing a friendship having longevity potential.
Shannon said the process would take less time if I fully participated. By doing so, I was able to learn from her the best ways to foster their bond and learn from them which strategies they responded favorably to. Her whole body technique was impressive and highly effective.
Shannon has years of experience with all types of rabbits from different breeds to differing personalities to disabilities and medical ailments. She knows how to procure the best behavior by using their own natural inclination to partnering.
I tremendously appreciated Shannon's gentle and consistent coaching which never forced, just nudged. My bunnies were bonded in eleven days and have been joyfully sharing cuddles and snuggles ever since!
It's a dream come true. Their joy is simply elation for me."

"My fiancé and I are two proud guardians of an adorable set of buns, Lilo and Stitch. When we got them as babies, they seemed to get along very well, unfortunately it didn’t last after they got “fixed.”
We couldn’t keep them in the same room without one of them getting seriously hurt by the other. It was obvious they wanted to love one another, but neither the bunnies, nor their exhausted owners knew what to do regarding helping them get over this painful situation.
We tried other trainers who specialized in bunny behavior, but it just left us with the same problems and huge bills.
I can tell you with full confidence that EVERYTHING changed when Shannon came into the scene. She walked us through our nervousness and apprehension of putting Lilo and Stitch in the same pen. She worked with us as guardians to train ourselves and our animals. She even coached us through the few setbacks we experienced along the way.
But most importantly, she trains guardians to be self-sufficient with their own skills, not reliant on her services. She is an honest, hard-working champion in her field and her love of bunnies over profit proves that. I HIGHLY recommend Shannon to anyone who has buns; new guardians and old ones alike can all learn a thing or two from her wellspring of know-how."

"When we brought a second bunny into our home, I quickly realized I needed help.
Our free-roam bunny Cocoa was not happy to have a new bunny in our home and made that too well known. Our home environment became stressful with sessions that always escalated with fur flying and bunny tornadoes.
We were trying things we researched that were supposed to be right, but nothing was helping us help the bunnies get along.
By the end of our first video conversation, I not only had hope that bonding could be successful even with our girls, but I had trust that she was the perfect person to help make that happen.
Shannon is calm, reassuring, and essentially a bunny-whisperer! After advising how to set up a bonding session start to finish, we jumped in again, with Shannon watching our bunnies carefully on video and guiding me on what to do and how. She was able to clearly describe the behaviors both of our bunnies displayed and really helped me understand what those actions meant in a way that simply cannot be learned reading or watching videos of other buns.
With Shannon’s expertise and consultation, we progressed through the bonding process!
I really don’t think we could have done it without her."

"Our single bunny, Loki, needed a friend. We found a great companion for him at House Rabbit Society, but were very intimidated by the bonding process.
Shannon made it possible (and fun!) to bond the two rabbits! Shannon knew what to do in every situation, and knew long before we did that the two buns were going to bond.
She was patient, available and so knowledgeable about bunnies, bonding and people's reactions to the bonding process!
She knew just when to correct our handling and when to let us do it on our own. She was very positive and encouraging and assured us that if she saw warning signs that they were not a good couple, she would tell us. Her love for rabbits is evident in every interaction.
Now Loki and Loxi are a happy pair and we couldn't have done it without Shannon!!!"

"Shannon was an ESSENTIAL part of ensuring that our fur family (we have two dogs too) was able to move through the ups and downs of our buns' baby-hood and adolescence. Our bunnies had a very strong baby bond, but when they reached puberty they fought and we had to separate them until they were neutered and ready to re-bond.
Shannon came and looked at our set up and was very positive and affirming. She also gave us creative ideas to make sure they were still able to see each other, while having their own space. There are many differing opinions on bunny care and she helped us identify what details mattered and what we didn’t have to stress over (as we were nervous about ensuring we set them up for success).
Shannon also helped us learn about bunny behavior and how to teach them healthy boundaries and commands that helped them bond with each other with minimal scuffles (though she also helped us get comfortable with navigating scuffles!). This also helped us in setting up a healthy dynamic with our buns so they would listen to us and have healthy boundaries.
Her coaching gave us the foundational building blocks so that we could signal the calm and grounded energy to our buns, which is so important since rabbits are prey animals. We gained a deeper understanding of rabbit body language and communication, and found ways to break down some of the fear our bunnies had so we could build trust.
Also - she boarded our babies for two weeks and helped them in their bonding journey while we were out of town.
There is so much more I could say, but one last piece Shannon helped us with is her innate gift for understanding bunnies.
One of our rabbits, Harli, was a bit aggressive and particularly avoidant of humans - likely due to the trauma of being abandoned and/or his life before he came into our care. She helped us to better understand what might be underneath his “tough guy” facade and was able to melt that away through helping him see how safe he was now, and that he is loved. She even figured out that he likes to be held once he realizes he is safe. This awareness completely opened up a new level of understanding and connection.
She is a true gift and is so dedicated to ensuring bunnies and their caregivers have what they need to thrive.
Thank you Shannon for being so generous, intuitive, and practical in the way you coached us and cared for our bunnies!"
